So there you have it. Finally the twitter and facebook pages have been set up. Thank you all for liking and reading and twittering and whatever. It is a really humbling experience seeing other people read and like the blog. It also puts more pressure on because now I can’t write as much rubbish as I used to. For example, before I could say that I was the world’s greatest breakdancer and no-one could say anything because no-one would have read it. Now, I would get messages asking me to show my breakdance credentials which I obviously left in my other wallet so just stop asking me about my breakdancing and just take my word for it.

Anyway, what I am trying to say is thank you. I hope this is the beginning of an awesome journey and with everyone’s help I think we can do some real good. And also crank some real tunes. Oh yeah, also I would really like everyone to contribute to FB (I am using an abbreviation for facebook because I am an internet master now) and twitter. Gimmie recipes, music, ideas and random rubbish that you think will make me and other people laugh. Oh and I am also going to start doing reviews on foods for Crohn’s so make sure you suggest some. I have very little imagination and will probably just stick with cereal.

Ok that is enough about you guys. Wouldn’t want you to get big headed. So lets talk about me. What is new with me? Well Humera day is tomorrow. It is quite strange. I have been noticing that for a few days before I have to take my Humera, I wake up in the morning with stomach cramps. Not bad ones, but I can definitely feel it. I am sure that it is just the drug wearing off but it just shows that the drug just masks the disease. It is quite annoying because for the week and a half before that I actually forget the disease is there and almost forget that I am trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.

My back is great. That is mainly due to the training. Round kicks were impossible for me this time last year. Now I’m digging into ribs like they just came off the BBQ. Ok not that good but I’m getting there. Skin is still up. Again I think that is due to stress. I had an interview the other day. That morning, my skin and my stomach were feeling worse than usual. Not bad at all but not as good as normal. This is where my own weirdness and my hesitance to talk to people gets the better of me. I know I am talking about it now but the interview has passed. Maybe if I talked about it at the time then I would have been better. I know it is a weird character flaw but I am working on it.

Now because you people have been so good to me, I have an absolute treat for you. I try and keep the music on here pretty eclectic and sometimes obscure. I like it all but it usually isn’t for everyone. This song is for everyone. Just one of the best songs every written. Also shout out to Nina who has been helping with me with my crippling stupidity when it comes to anything involving them internets. Peace!
